Velny.co is a marketplace operated by VTrading Oy (Business ID: 3477873-4).
These terms and conditions apply to the relationship between VTrading Oy and its customers. When purchasing products or services offered by third parties through VTrading Oy, the respective provider's terms also apply.
VTrading Oy reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice. Orders are subject to the terms in effect at the time of purchase, which are available on the Velny.co website.

Force Majeure
VTrading Oy is not liable for any damages caused by force majeure — defined as unforeseeable events or changes in circumstances beyond the company’s control. VTrading Oy will notify customers of any such events without delay.
Customers and Privacy
Velny.co and VTrading Oy welcome both private individuals and business customers.
All transactions are subject to Finnish and EU laws concerning consumer protection, marketing, and advertising. For business clients, these terms take precedence.
Customers are required to provide full and accurate contact details when placing an order. For private customers: name, address, and phone number, and optionally an email. For business customers: contact person’s name, phone number, email, business ID, postal address, phone number(s), and billing address if needed.
Customer data is stored in the Velny.co and VTrading Oy customer database. This information is used to manage the customer relationship. VTrading Oy and its affiliated online stores may also process and use this data for justified purposes (e.g., direct marketing) under the Finnish Personal Data Act (523/99).
A privacy policy compliant with the GDPR is available at Velny.co. Customers may request to review or block their personal data from marketing use by contacting support@velny.co.

To unsubscribe, reply STOP to any message or use the unsubscribe link provided. Other opt-out methods (like alternative wording) are not valid.
You are responsible for any message and data rates charged by your carrier.

We reserve the right to change the numbers or short codes used. You acknowledge that messages sent to outdated numbers (including STOP/HELP) may not be received, and we are not liable for unprocessed requests in such cases.
To the extent allowed by law, you agree that we are not liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of messages or actions based on such data.

Pricing
All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping is not included unless specified.
If there are clear pricing errors, the product will not be sold at an obviously incorrect lower price when it's reasonable to assume the customer noticed the mistake.
Prices are verified at the time of order processing.
If the price decreases before shipping, the lower price is applied. If the price increases, the product is still shipped at the original price.
Delivery time estimates are based on supplier/manufacturer info.
Velny.co, VTrading Oy, or their logistics partners are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond their control.
VTrading Oy reserves the right to limit product sales in exceptionally large quantities.
Products with age restrictions will be sold according to Finnish law.
Ordering age-restricted (18+) items requires providing a date of birth.
Delivery
Velny.co and VTrading Oy offer a wide range of delivery options.
More details can be found on our website. The shopping cart calculates shipping offers automatically.
Orders may be split into multiple shipments for logistical reasons.
We aim to ship all items in a single delivery once all products are in stock.
Processing of a ready-to-ship order (all items in stock and payment accepted) typically occurs within 48 hours.
We are not obligated to reserve other items from the same order if one item is out of stock or delayed for reasons beyond our control.
In such cases, the customer may accept a delayed shipment or cancel the order.
Postage for delayed items will be charged separately per the current rate.
Items are reserved for 7 days. If no confirmation is received, the order is canceled.
If a shipment is not picked up from the post office in time, the customer will be charged for the full return shipping costs.
Warranty
Warranty terms are defined by the product manufacturer.
You are responsible for reviewing the warranty information before using the product.
Warranty details may be found in the product manual, separate warranty card, or the manufacturer's website.Warranty generally covers manufacturing or material defects only.
Repairs are carried out per the manufacturer’s or importer’s warranty conditions.
You may be directed to contact them directly for faster service.
Velny.co and VTrading Oy are responsible for statutory product liability once the warranty expires or if no warranty is provided.

Returns & Claims
Customers must provide proof of purchase (receipt or similar) when returning an item or filing a product claim.
VTrading Oy reserves the right to charge a fee for searching lost receipts.
