If your contact information is incorrect, you may not receive a delivery notification, and the package may be returned to us. In such cases, unclaimed package terms apply without further notice.

We only ship orders on business days — not on weekends or public holidays.

 

Please note that the delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and current conditions.


Delays in delivery are not valid grounds for refund requests or returns outside of our standard return policy.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location, shipping method, and factors beyond our control.
  • If a product is out of stock, we will ship it immediately once it becomes available.

Damaged Shipments

If tracking shows the package was delivered to your address but the contents were damaged in transit, please file a claim directly with the courier.

Stolen Shipments

If your package was stolen, file a complaint directly with the courier.

Velny.co is not responsible for stolen shipments.

 

Note: When handling returns and refunds, we always request tracking data from the courier. If this information is not available to us, we may not be able to process your return or refund.

Packages Sent to the Wrong Address

Always double-check that your shipping address is correct.
Once the order has been submitted, we unfortunately cannot make changes to the address or other order details.

 

Please note that Velny.co is not obligated to offer a refund if the customer provided an incorrect shipping address.

Unclaimed Packages

  • Please note: If you wish to return a package, you must first pick it up and then follow our return instructions. Failing to pick up the package or refusing to accept it does not count as a return. Unclaimed packages are not covered by the standard return policy.

Shipment Tracking

  • You can track your shipment on the Order Tracking page. You may also follow the delivery directly on the courier’s website. We include the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email.

Customers are not entitled to a refund for unclaimed packages if they do not pick up the parcel or refuse to receive it.
